Andrew Taubman is the Deputy Chief Operations Officer at Galaxy. Prior to joining the firm, he spent roughly seven years serving as Head of Transformation and Strategic Vendor Relationship Management for Operations at Bridgewater Associates. Previously, Andrew was a Managing Director and Head of Middle Office Product Management at Bank of New York Mellon. Andrew began his career at Fidelity Investments. The last 11 of his 16.5 year career at Fidelity, Andrew led several different groups in tech, which included holding the titles of Head of Investment Management Systems for Europe and Head of Asset Allocation Technology. He holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Japanese Studies from the University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A. from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Andrew is currently enrolled in Yale’s Global Executive Leadership Program (class of 2022).
